This session starts with a quick demonstration of the new LendingQB User Interface, and immediately jumps into a whiteboard style session where attendees can provide guidance and insight into shaping this new User Experience. Attendees will be paired with members of the LQB 2.0 product team to collaborate on this exciting session.

ULAD and Digital Closing; the past, present and future of LendingQB’s Document Integrations

This session provides an update on ULAD and our status with our document partners as well as a frank discussion amongst our document partners regarding the future of Digital Closing. Panelists include:

Maximizing Profitability with Hedging and Mandatory Loan Sales

Attendees will learn the fundamentals of hedging & delivering mandatory, as well as in depth information on the various mandatory executions modalities available in today’s landscape. This will include AOT, Direct Trade, Bulk Bids, Bulk Bid AOT, and Co-Issue executions. MCT and LQB’s deep bidirectional integration will also be reviewed and some basic case studies shared. Compliance, Audits & Exams: What’s trending for 2020?

HMDA enforcement was given some flexibility in Year 2018. However, this summer field examiners started rigorously enforcing the new HMDA rules for the current year. In this session not only will we discuss HMDA but also other trends and topics such as changes in the NMLS Mortgage Call Report for Q1 of next year, the Community Reinvestment Act and what expansion means to all lenders, and Fair Lending enforcement trends. Wrapping it up will be discussions of how automation of the mortgage process is affecting both lenders & examiners in their approach to compliance and how capitalizing on this change will lower your cost and reduce your exam times.
