Headquarterd in Costa Mesa, California LendingQB has class room training facilities that accommodate groups of people to train on a more personal level for certain aspects of the LOS as requested. Classroom training facilities are also utilized in demos.
Virtual training consists of pre-recorded tutorials along with live remote training sessions. These sessions are accessible via online meeting tools. LendingQB academy videos are available as self-help tools so that lenders can refresh themselves on certain aspects of LendingQB.
LendingQB conducts regular webinars that are focused on certain aspects of functionality. Live webinars are scheduled to introduce new functionalities, presented by LendingQB and vendor partners, as new functionalities are released.
During implementation LendingQB utilizes a customized train the trainer model both direct on-site or remote online. Post implementation LendingQB employs many alternative methods to facilitate on-going user and sys-admin training including online videos, PDF guides, Best Practices Documents, and “Tips of the Week” Articles. With every release, LendingQB provides training webinars to highlight major upgrades and enhancements to the platform.
LendingQB offers Dedicated Account Management on two levels, a Dedicated Strategic Account Manager is assigned and responsible for executive level client satisfaction, advocates for major issue escalation resolutions and general executive relationship management. A dedicated Technical Account Manager is responsible for operations level client satisfaction and advocates for issue resolution typically requiring coordination of multiple areas of technical and business LendingQB Support.
Online tutorials on best practices of how to navigate the LOS are made available to all of our lenders. These tutorials cover all aspects of the origination process with screenshots and detailed instructions. These playbooks are made available to lenders as part of our knowledge base in the support center.
